Flat Rate Tuition
MONTHLY FLAT RATE
Flat monthly tuition rates are based on the number of guaranteed lessons in the calendar year. There will be a minimum of 44 lessons offered throughout the year, and the weeks where lessons are not held (due to holidays or personal performance opportunities) will be communicated in advance.

All payments are non-refundable. Auto pay is offered for your convenience to avoid late fees. Automatic payments for tuition will be drawn on the 1st each month from the method on file. For those not on automatic payments, tuition is still due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 3rd of the month are subject to a late fee.
TUITION AND SCHEDULE

*Please note that tuition reserves the weekly time slot, but may not directly correlate with lessons received if the student does not attend the scheduled lesson times.
Tuition is flat-rate for each month and includes lessons scheduled in that month based on the studio calendar. Invoices will be sent by the 25th of the month prior for all enrolled students. Invoices will reflect this flat rate, and will also list the lessons scheduled that month for each student.
In the case that there is a 5th weekly lesson in the month, this has been factored into the flat-rate tuition. Pre-planned absences and holiday breaks have also been factored into the rate and will be communicated well in advance.
Payment received after the first of each month is subject to a $20 late fee. Payment received after the 3rd of the month is subject to lesson times for that student not being reserved for the next month.
Recurring late payments may result in termination of the student’s enrollment.
Credit/ debit card payment is available for all students, and is the preferred method of payment. Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle will not be accepted.
RESCHEDULING
Make up lessons ARE offered here. In order to qualify, the teacher must be notified 24 hours in advance that a lesson needs to be moved. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in cancellation with no make up lesson.
Canceling/ Pausing Lessons
If lessons need to be stopped or paused, two weeks notice is required. If notice is not given, you will still be billed for those two weeks. For those on automatic payments, payments cannot be stopped for that months billing cycle if less than two weeks notice is given.
ARRIVING LATE / LEAVING EARLY
If a family arrives late or leaves early, that time will not be made up unless there has been 24 hours notice that this would occur.
STUDENT EXPECTATIONS

Arrive at each lesson on time.
Bring course materials to each lesson. This typically includes books and a binder.
Failure to bring course materials on a weekly basis will significantly hinder a student's progress.
Practice the minimum required for the week. For child students, there is a reward chart provided.
Older children and adults, please bring any questions or concerns directly to the teacher so all problems can be sorted out in a timely manner.
Show respect always as I will be showing respect always.

PARENT EXPECTATIONS

Bring child(ren) to each lesson on time.
Assist children younger than 5 years old with practice.
You are welcome to attend the class to better help your child
The teacher will provide you with helpful tips
Once the child reaches a certain level, even if they are younger than 7 years old, they may begin to practice on their own. Please speak with your teacher on this matter if you think your child is ready for independent practice.
For VIRTUAL classes, a parent is required to be in the room for students younger than 6 years old.
Verify verbally at the lesson or in written form if the student has in fact practiced the minimum amount for that week (as the teacher gets to know the student, this may not continue to be required on an individual basis)
This is just so there is accountability in conjunction with the reward system.
