Policies

Payment Due Date Policy: Payment is due on the 1st of each month. No refunds are offered. Make up lessons are offered if 24 hour notice is given prior to canceling.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:  24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling a lesson.

No Show Policy: If a 24 hour notice is not given and a student no shows, a make up lesson will not be offered and the lesson missed will still be billed.

​

Late Fee Policy: If payment is not made during the grace period ( by the 3rd of the month,) on the 4th a $20 late fee will be applied in addition to the flat rate tuition.

Notice for Canceling/ Pausing Lessons:  Two weeks notice is required if lessons need to be paused or discontinued.  If two weeks notice is not given, the two weeks will still be billed.
