
Policies
Payment Due Date Policy: Payment is due on the 1st of each month and is collected via autopay. No refunds are offered. Make up lessons are offered if a 24 hour notice is given prior to canceling.
Autopay: Automatic payments are withdrawn on the 1st of the month. If payment is declined on the 1st, the system will attempt to collect payment on the 2nd. If payment is declined on the 2nd, the system will attempt again on the 3rd. If payment is still not collected by the 3rd, a $20 late fee will be added to the account on the 4th. If the late fee is added, payment will need to be collected manually. All lessons will be paused until payment has been made.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling a lesson.
No Show Policy: If a 24 hour notice is not given and a student no shows, a make up lesson will not be offered and the lesson missed will still be billed.
Late Fee Policy: If payment is not made during the grace period ( by the 3rd of the month,) on the 4th a $20 late fee will be applied in addition to the flat rate tuition.
Notice for Canceling/ Pausing Lessons: Two weeks notice is required if lessons need to be paused or discontinued. If two weeks notice is not given, the two weeks will still be billed.
